Spindle Service
- Door to door collection and delivery by overnight courier or dedicated vehicle, just give us a call and we will make all of the arrangements.
- When received all spindles are allocated a dedicated number and a full record card is completed. This ensures any job can be traced through our system now and in the future.
- On disassembly and inspection all parts are fully checked, we investigate the reason for the spindle failure, often spindles are modified to extend running life.
- A detailed quotation can be given if required to bring back to "as new" condition.
- Spindles are rebuilt with all new precision bearings in a separate assembly area under clean room conditions.
- High speed spindles balanced to G2.5 (BS 5265 / ISO 1940)
- All spindles are test run under monitored conditions.
- The spindle is then packed and dispatched to meet your requirements.
