The Timber Frame which is constructed from 3x2 (c24 grade) treated timbers painted in either black or grey. We only use Canadian Western Red Cedar throughout as its superior durability, aesthetic beauty, naturally rot resistant and sturdiness make it an excellent choice for exterior applications. The roof of our BBQ Huts are constructed of EPDM rubber giving an expected life span of approximately 50 years. The roof is a single piece thus removing the possibility of leaks over time.

Here at Insane Value Solace Bbq Hut Premium Build [bBkIRM2K]s we use EPDM rubber for the construction of the roof of our BBQ Huts as it is incredibly lightweight meaning it won't strain the integrity of your BBQ Hut. It offers fantastic waterproofing qualities and is lighter and more durable than felt.

As our BBQ Huts will house pitmasters extraordinaire we took into consideration that there would be heat and steam emission hence we selected EPDM rubber for the roof as it has low electrical conductivity and is also steam and water resistant. It has stability in both high and low temperatures and can withstand these conditions without becoming brittle and deteriorating.

Every Insane Value Solace Bbq Hut Premium Build [bBkIRM2K] comes with facia trims, gutter and downpipe (in black) to ensure maximum water removal. There is no soakaway required as we can route into a waterbutt or can extend into a nearby flower bed if required.

As part of the topping of ceremony we have included LED plug and play downlights in the ceiling of all of our BBQ Huts. These LED lights are IP 65 rated giving excellent water resistance.
