Pinpointer for easy localization of small metal objects

The FORTUNA Pinpointer XELA is a handheld metal detector for finding small metal items. The Pinpointer simplifies the detection of coins, keys, wedding rings or even historical artifacts during treasure hunts and protects these objects from scratches and damage caused by excavation tools.

Metal detectors locate objects only very roughly, depending on the coil size. Even the pinpoint function of metal detectors does not locate small objects with pinpoint accuracy. Pinpointers like the Fortuna XELA are therefore indispensable for treasure hunters. By using the pinpointer, detectorists save time and energy when digging up finds. While the metal detector is swung over the object, the pinpointer finds small metal items fast and accurately.

To do this, the 360° detection tip of the Pinpointer is inserted directly into the excavation hole or the excavated material. As soon as a metal object is in the immediate vicinity of the tip, the Pinpointer triggers an audio and vibration alarm. The closer the pinpointer gets to the metal object, the faster the sound pulses or the stronger the vibration intensifies. Vibration and audio feedback can also be optionally turned off to match the search location or to extend battery life.
