SearZone and Accufire™ Exclusive Heat Delivery System
This 56” cart model gas grill has two 18-SR Titanium and Stainless Steel blend burners and one SearZone Infrared burner that produce 27,500 BTUs each, for a total of 82,500 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface. The high-tech SearZone Infrared Burner reaches 1,500° in four minutes and cooks 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups, amplifying flavor and locking in juices. The grill has a spacious 770 sq. in. of actual grilling area, push button ignition, removable 3-position warming rack, and heavy-duty rolled stainless steel cooking grids capable of providing perfect steakhouse results. The Dual-Integrated 20,000 BTU High Performance Side Burner has a recessed sealed top and stainless steel cover.

No more wasted time connecting the motor each time you use it, simply attach the spit and cook. The flush-mounted 18,500 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner grills your rotisserie food to perfection, creating a perfectly tender and caramelized entree. The spit rod can be conveniently stored under the drip tray when not in use.

Refractive Ceramic 5-Way Heat Distributing Briquettes
Refractive Briquettes eliminate hot and cold spots making the effective grilling area 100% of the grilling surface. A special pyramid shape evenly delivers intense heat to the cooking surface. Stainless Steel cooking grates over the briquette and “U” burner sections have a special nonstick electro-polished finish.

Signature Taste™ Integrated Wood Smoker & Herb Infusion System
The dedicated 5,000 BTU stainless steel burner has exclusive cold smoke capabilities. Linear diffusing vents naturally eject smoke at 200 degrees to the food zone. The smoker drawer is large enough to hold peppers, herbs, wood chunks, and is sealed to hold liquids.

Durable Stainless Steel Cart
The sturdy Stainless Steel Cart has four heavy duty casters, one door that gives easy access to the propane tank slide, one door for storage, and two large drawers to keep cooking utensils at hand. Two convenient side shelves provide prep space.

A special air-cooling plenum blasts a curtain of cool air that naturally flows up between the front control panel and firebox keeping the front panel and bullnose safely cool to touch. This also protects all the electronics.
