MidOpt BP470-43 Broad Bandwidth Blue Bandpass Filter

BP470 filters enhance the viewing of subjects illuminated by blue LED lighting and any UV-excited blue fluorescence emissions (430-500nm). Its broad bandwidth and high peak (T ≥90%) transmission result in significantly brighter, higher-contrast images. For most machine vision UV fluorescence applications, a BP470 filter is essential.

The StablEdge design prevents unwanted interference from lighting employed for UV excitation (365-405nm) even when the filter is used with short focal length and wide angle lenses. BP470 is also frequently used in 3D measurement applications.
