The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is a decentralised MVHR unit with outstanding performance thanks to its unique enthalpy heat exchanger -90% heat recovery and 84% humidity recovery. The unit can also be integrated with adjoining rooms making it suitable for larger apartments. The intuitive, demand based controls have buttons for easy and programmable operation with a display that highlights service requirements.  The product also includes both a humidity sensor and a CO2 sensor which automatically adjust the levels of ventilation according to moisture levels and level of occupancy.

The ComfoAir 70's design makes it discreet and its paintable external panel allows it to be blended seamlessly with its surroundings.  Control is either by its integrated panel or using an optional remote control panel (528 009 050).  Multiple units can also be grouped into zones using the optional RFZ module (527 010 550).
