DanAmAir is a fast, flexible and easy to modify aluminum pipe system for compressed air in any size shop or garage. DanAmAir components are reusable and interchangeable, with push-to-connect technology which enables immediate and easy layout modifications. Unlike the performance of steel or copper, which degrades over time due to corrosion, DAA provides clean air quality with optimum flow rate performance. DAA also offers significant savings on installation, maintenance and operating costs when compared to traditional pipe. DanAmAir’s aluminum pipe system also significantly reduces plant energy costs by increasing efficiency, reducing pressure drops and eliminating leaks.

The Pipe - DAA is a powder coated, extruded aluminum, with reinforced nylon composite fittings. We offer the complete package with DAA, SATA filtration, fresh air, and spray equipment. The pipe is an aircraft grade aluminum, which is rated for 232psi, and can be bent up to 90 degrees with a regular conduit bender. 

The Fittings - The magic to this system is in the fittings. With triple sealed, pre torqued fittings, installation is as simple as cut the pipe to length, chamfer the end, then “Press to-Connect”. There is no need to loosen the nut, or disassemble the fitting for any reason. This triple seal consists of the first sealing the nut to the fitting, and the other 2 sealing the fitting to the pipe, on undisturbed pipe, as the grip ring is on the inside of the seals.

This in turn can guarantee a leak free compressed air system, which can save a lot of energy, and money.

DAA provides clean, contaminant free air, delivered through smooth, full bore fittings, providing unobstructed air flow.

Installation - DAA is lightweight, and can save a lot of time and money on installation. It is also easy to expand, and reusable. Take it with you when you move locations. DAA requires no threading or soldering, and can be installed in 2/3rds less time than traditional galvanized pipe or copper.
