The Minimax E 20 is designed to be an economic, reliable, and practical machine for the edge banding of straight and shaped panels. The edge bander platform is provided to give you the top-quality Italian manufacturing you need with the flexibility and competitive price point you demand. With the use of different feed speeds, you get more performance than ever without the risk of damaging the panel during movement due to the anti-scratch worktable. 

The 4.3” touch screen electronic control allows the management of the following functions:

• feed speed adjustment of the edge from 3 to 8 m/min.
• rapid glue heating system
• stand-by timed function
• manual working mode: the operator decides when starting the edge feeding (1st pedal pressure) and the edge cutting (2nd pedal pressure)

Using the Minimax E 20 is easy. The operator enters the length of the edge they want. The edge feeding starts by pressing the pedal and, at the desired length, the machine cuts the edge. The E 20 can also automatically calculate the perimeter for common shapes such as circles, ellipses, regular polygons, etc.

The work table features a special anti-scratch phenolic multilayer that ensures no damage to the workpiece during machining. The machine is equipped with a powered pressure roller to facilitate the panel feeding during the machining. The optional 3-roller outfeed fence improves the edge gluing quality on large dimensioned straight panels.
