Versatile Antoine Bouvet, 'les Monts De La Vallee', Chamapgne, Extra Brut, 2022 Series [pNbE3w62]

Pinot Noir aged in old oak. The vines are on the eastern end of the Marne Valley and are approximately 40 years old. Antoine, who is in his 30's farms organically and follows biodynamic principles. He owns about 5ha of land and works alone since 2015. There is a 1g/l dosage. The wine has a creamy note with toasted almond , apple , spice and some umami character.
