"An elegant and beautifully layered nose features notes of black cherry liqueur with background nuances of earth and wet stone. There is good vibrancy to the notably ripe and opulent flavors that possess excellent volume while retaining reasonably good detail on the mouth coating finish that displays some youthful asperity and austerity. While delicious this doesn't seem to have its usual sense of refinement and overall harmony though perhaps that will develop with a few years of bottle age. Outstanding Top value.
