Maintenance & Care

• The UTR-FA13-1 Apple Catechin cannot be washed. If washed or cleaned in warm water, the media will be damaged and lose its ability to clean the air. These filters should be changed every 3 to 4 months.
• The UTR-FA13-2 Negative Air Ion deodorizing filter should be cleaned in warm water and a mild detergent every three months. It should not be scrubbed with an abrasive pad or brush, as this will damage its deodorizing power. Fujitsu recommends that this air filter be cleaned every three months and replaced every three years.
