The Umarex HDX pump action shotgun is the best non-lethal self-defense shotgun on the market today. This Model has the T4e HDX shredder valve to increase the power from the standard 7.5 Joules to between 30&40 Joules. It holds 16 rounds of .68 caliber projectiles and with the available Ammo Saddle, you can carry an additional 16 rounds. Pease note, only use Grimburg or nylon rounds, seen as paint or powder rounds will explode in the gun.The T4E HDX shotgun is powered by (2) 12 gram CO2 cartridges housed in the buffer tube and can be stored with both projectiles and Co2, but not live until the quick piercing valve is engaged.
