EZY-TURN POLAR is designed as a hydrocarbon resistant valve lubricant with low temp arctic/polar base materials. Polar is used in many different valve applications from pipeline gate valves to frac valves and wellhead gate valves. Polar is chemically resistant to hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and severe acid applications. Will not harden or dry out over time.EZY-TURN H2S is injected into the gate valve by a high pressure lubricator at temperatures as low as 0⁰F (-18⁰C) to protect the precision gate from scoring or galling while significantly reducing torque requirements for normal operation.

EZY-TURN H2S Gate Valve Sealant is recommended for use in gate valves where contact with sour crude or gas is expected. Excellent for use with aliphatic hydrocarbons such as diesel fuel.

Applications
EZY-TURN POLAR is designed for oilfield gate valve lubrication under arctic conditions. It is resistant to hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and water. Remains an effective sealant and lubricant to -75⁰F (-59⁰C). EZY-TURN POLAR is also recommended as a bearing lubricant for conveyor systems and as a lubricant for bearings, chains, slides, etc. where low temperature service is encountered.

Polar is intended to be pumped or injected into valve bodies and stem packing glands. Apply using a high pressure grease gun or drum pump directly into button head fittings.
