The Parallel Connecting Block can also be used the opposite way. For example, a single input can connect to 8 outputs. This can be useful for speaker wiring runs to connect a single input to 8 different rooms and volume controls. The high current design with a 12 amp peak allows for amplifiers rated as high as 500 watts to be used.
