Exergy 01-04 Chevy Duramax LB7 Reman 200% Over Injector (Set of 8)

The factory nozzles are swapped with a SAC type nozzle for its superior flow characteristics with the same spray pattern as factory. The nozzles are enlarged using inhouse micro EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and abrasive flow honing technology to achieve a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 200% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. There are no shortcuts.

All our Reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Very few parts are reused. 

Custom tuning will be needed to take full advantage of these injectors.

Exergy injectors 150% over and above are built to order. Expect approximately 2 weeks of lead time.
