Advice to customers:

Products which are listed as ‘in-stock’ may be subject to additional packing requirements before your order is despatched. We aim to ship most items within 1-3 business days but may take longer for oversize items.

Pre-ordering Cervinis products has been disabled on our website. We are still a dealer for Cervinis parts as we like the high quality products they produce. However, they are slow to process and despatch our bulk stock shipments. Due to this, some of our previous bulk shipments have gone months over the estimated lead times we've provided to our customers.

We do not feel this is fair to our customers and leads to frustration for everyone involved.
We will still be importing stock of popular Cervinis items in our bulk shipments. If there is a particular items you would like imported which is not held in stock by us, special requests can be made by contacting us. You would need to be willing to wait anywhere between 10-30 weeks or more (based on our previous shipment arrivals.) A refundable deposit may be requested depending on the item value.
