Moderate to heavy peeling on right heel pad. Left heel pad in good condition. Minor fraying on Velcro. Cosmetic scratches on left side strap. Handle bent. Minor fraying on Velcro. Rails in fair condition. Minor knicks throughout. Heel side edge in moderate condition with minor scratching. Tips in good condition. Underside in good condition. Cosmetic scratching throughout particularly on heel side edge. Minor chipping on both tips. Staining in several places. All four fins in good condition. Minor corrosion on mounting screws.
