Built to celebrate the 70th birthday of George Lowden, we have this incredible 35 Series Jazz guitar built with Guatemalan rosewood for the back and sides. The guitar features a commemorative internal label numbered and signed by George, with a custom LXX (Roman numeral for 70) at the 12th fret. The Lowden Jazz is fitted with an LR Baggs Session VTC pickup that's perfect for amplifying the beautiful acoustic sounds of the guitar. The soundbox is voiced for a really great acoustic response, and at the same time stiff enough to prevent the whole guitar from overreacting when played loud through a sound system.
