Laurel is based on period beaded shoes that were the pinnacle of Edwardian footwear elegance, and is accurate to the 1900s through 1920s. Each pair of Laurels is carefully hand-beaded with shimmering glass beads in an evocative botanical motif. Laurel features our custom, perfectly balanced 2.25"/5.7 cm French heel, and closes with a remarkably clever and period-accurate tabbed tie closure that allows for a customized fit over the instep. Coordinating petersham ribbons tie this beaded confection together with a bow. Laurel comes in both standard (B) and wide (D) width.
