ARP Harmonic Balancer Bolt (Crankshaft Bolt) for GEN 3/4 LS & GEN 5 LT Engines (4.8L/5.3L/5.7L/6.0L/6.2L) - ARP 234-2503 (Replaces GM Part Number 12557840)
The OEM crankshaft bolt on the GM LS and LT engine platforms is torque-to-yield and is designed to be replaced anytime it is removed, however, ARP's crank bolt is torque to spec and reusable. Additionally, the ARP crank bolt is significantly stronger than the OEM crank bolt and is rated to 200,000 psi tensile strength.
NOTE: Does NOT fit dry sump engine applications.
