The MED Verto flywheel is CNC turned from EN8 steel billet, after which we profile mill large slots through the flywheel on the outer edge for extra weight saving.
Final machining is then carried out around the clutch cover mounting bosses and the pre-engaged ring gear is retained by six cap-head screws.
The flywheel weighs approximately 2.2kg less than the standard unit at just 3.55kg.
