Purchased from an old line Honda dealer who stocked lots of OEM and high quality replacement parts in the heyday of Japanese imports but is now closed.

These K&G  racks have a multitude of mounting holes as well as adjustable arms.  I have included one picture that shows how dramatically it can be adjusted.  In that picture it has 13 cm difference from the first mounting hole. It also includes a bag of mounting parts shown in the pictures  .  Black coated luggage rack in excellent condition with just one chip pointed out in the picture towards the back.
