The Forge Motorsport Front Mount Uprated Intercooler is a must-have for Hyundai i30N owners who use their vehicle for fast road driving or have a high-performance tune in a hot climate. Developed in conjunction with the BTCC championship-winning Hyundai i30N, this intercooler offers superior cooling efficiency and performance gains.

Featuring a bar and plate design with Solidworks CAD and flow simulation design, this intercooler has over 129% more volume and a 71% increase in frontal surface area compared to the stock cooler. This makes it the largest intercooler currently available on the market. The internal divider in the turbo side end tanks ensures the full volume of the stepped core is utilized.

The inlet and outlet sizes have been increased to 65mm, providing a 27% increase in volume over the stock cooler for optimal flow. Additionally, a custom hard pipe with a diameter of 64mm replaces the stock factory pipe on the hot side, further enhancing performance gains on high levels of tune.

During extensive testing, the Forge Motorsport intercooler demonstrated significantly lower intake temperatures compared to the OEM intercooler. In one test, the Forge intercooler cooled much quicker and delivered a drop in temperature from 48°C to 24°C. This proves the inefficiency of the stock intercooler, especially in hot weather conditions.

When combined with Forge Motorsport’s intake and a quality aftermarket cat back exhaust, this intercooler delivers unparalleled levels of performance. In testing, it increased both power and torque, surpassing Hyundai’s claimed figures of 275bhp and 278lb.ft to an impressive 307bhp and 347lb.ft.
