Duramax 6.6L Bypass Oil Filtration System  with Under-the-Hood Bracket (2001 to 2019)

Parts Included In This Kit

• 1 EXTREME 2 bypass oil filter housing (HX2SHBK) (HX2SHBLU) (HX2SHRED)
• 1 EXTREME 2 filter element (EX2SE) with o-rings (GX1/2)
• 2 In/Out fittings (AN06-04MS90)
• 2ft and 5ft hose (LW06BK)
• 1 Under-the-hood bracket with bolts (UTHS)

Pressure Port

• 1 Pressure port fitting (6MBPRR) with o-ring (O16) and fittings (AN06-02MP90 + AN06-06FJ)

Return Port

• 1 Oil filler cap (FLLCDUO) with o-ring (ODU) and fitting (AN06-02MS90)

Important notes regarding 2020+ Newer Duramax 6.6L Engines
2020+ Duramax vehicles require oil to be returned to the oil drain plug rather than the oil filler cap. 

 Installation Guide: 

Important: Aluminum straight thread fittings are made for no more than 60 inch pounds of torque.

Important: Does not work with Dual Alternators.  Use "Frame Mount" instead
