Our universal kit comes with laser cut steel brackets and .250 DOM tube. You are looking at a setup that can take the abuse and provide style to match.
The joints on both ends are true Jonny Joints with a massive 1.25 inch shaft. 
Bars have a left and right hand threaded end for adjust-ability and preload options. 
All bungs are manufactured with specific tolerances to have tight thread engagement. 
Bars are 58" ( bolt hole to bolt hole ) DOM steel tube with .250 wall thickness
Frame brackets are laser cut, bolt on or weld on with aluminum backing plates for our signature Badger logo.
The axle brackets are a laser cut, one piece weld on unit. With the one piece design, welding them on doesn't get any easier.
