NOTE: This is NOT for the AE86 or other short chassis cars. It is designed for cars that need the shifter in the same position as the original shifter on the beams J160 transmission. This kit will fit on an Altezza with a small notch cut near the back of the shifter.

Our J160 reverse lockout shifter is now available in a kit that mounts our shifter in the original beams altezza shifter position. This is a direct bolt on to your transmission with no modification. We have created a mounting bracket that provides mounting of the shifter in the OEM altezza rearward or forward position. Currently only available for early model beams j160 transmissions with the aluminum shifter stalk. Does not work with G series J160, only Beams 3SGE. Here’s what’s included:
