When the ACHL's Baltimore Clippers rebranded and moved into the AHL in 1982, it marked the return of big time hockey to the Charm City for the first time since 1976. They also added a big league affiliation to Pittsburgh, and in doing so the Skipjacks swapped the green in their green, gold, and white jerseys for black and gained a bunch of future big leaguers on their roster. 

This is a faithfully re-created replica of the Skipjacks' home white jerseys from that first season back in the big time in 1982-83. It matches every detail as best we can using modern jersey production methods. All stripes and seams are stitched and the jersey dons a fully embroidered logo to capture all of that true old school hockey feel.
