The following replacement parts fit Sequence® Model 4000 External Pumps (3600SEQ20, 5000SEQ20, 5800SEQ21, 6800SEQ22, 8200SEQ22) AND Power 4000 External Pumps (11200PWR81, 13200PWR81). Like all pond pumps, these high quality pumps require maintenance from time to time. The parts below will help repair and rebuild your pump.

This listing also offers #6203 Standard Motor bearings for repairing many motors.  Part number 1000.401-02.  NOTE: There are two bearings inside the motors, and we would recommend replacing both at the same time, so bearings should be purchased two at a time.   These bearings are standard 6203 size bearings and can purchase locally.   

Motor noise may mean that the motor bearings are starting to fail.  To change bearings will require access to a bearing puller to remove the original bearings and a press to press on the new ones.  Local electric motor repair shops may be able to do this for you or we can get an RMA to send the motor to Sequence to have this repair made.  Or the motor can simply be replaced with a new motor.
