Door Panel
The door panels are 1-½ inches thick, constructed with a structural PVC internal framework and clad with impact-resistant ABS face sheets. They are foamed in place with CFC-free urethane foam, providing excellent insulation value.

Spine
A black powder-coated aluminum spine adds additional reinforcement, enhancing the strength and durability of the door.

Gasketing
The door is equipped with full-perimeter, replaceable gaskets that withstand heavy traffic while ensuring a positive seal for effective thermal separation.

Hinge
It features a patented v-cam hinging system with a 240° hinge that swings 120° in each direction, allowing the entire door and bumper to completely clear the opening, facilitating easy and efficient traffic flow.

Window & Frames
Standard windows are 10" x 16" double-pane clear polycarbonate with an ABS frame. Additional window options are available to meet specific needs.
