Determining the correct size bracket is crucial for a secure installation:

• Measure the horizontal piece from tip to tip.
• Include the portion that will be inside the wall (approximately 3").
• Example: For a 12" wide shelf, leave 2"-4" from the outer edge plus the 3" inside the wall, resulting in a 12" shelf bracket.
