Description

The Watson Plate Loaded Multi Trainer features two individual loading pins on each arm, offering a wide range of resistance options for the numerous exercises available. This machine allows for independent arm movement, making it possible to perform exercises using both arms or just one. 

This product includes 2 front uprights made of stainless steel, equipped with adjustable lift off hooks and safety bars. These features allow for convenient storage of arms and can also be used to begin or end an exercise.

The resistance profile of the machine can be adjusted by changing the pivot point at the back using the pull pins. This allows for a customized experience based on the specific exercise being performed.

The product comes with two pairs of handles, one with rotating handles and the other with fixed handles. This allows for a variety of grips to be used on different movements, with the fixed handles having a 45 degree bend for added versatility. Both sets of handles are featured in the product video.
