SCANPAN’s Stratanium+ non-stick coating allows you to cook with very little, if any, fat or oil, even at high temperatures. It is the only non-stick coating that can braise, sear and deglaze when cooking. It is extremely robust, easy to clean, 100% PFOA free and dishwasher safe.

This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean.

It can even withstand the use of metal utensils and go in the dishwasher!

What cooking oil can I use? You can use any kind of cooking oil you like! But never use aerosol cooking sprays - these sprays contain chemicals which burn at very low temperatures and leave residues behind that are difficult and often impossible to remove. Damage/stubborn residue due to cooking spray is not covered under Scanpan's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Can I put it in the dishwasher? You can... However, it's well documented that over time you will dry your non-stick out if you place it in the dishwasher everyday, so Scanpan recommends hand-washing where possible.
