The Spring Sale Ugalde - Don't Miss Out [r1Jx3kRv] style was encouraged stylistically by Casa Spring Sale Ugalde - Don't Miss Out [r1Jx3kRv], built in 1951 by the Spanish architect José Antonio Coderch in an idyllic spot right to the sea at Caldes d’Estrac. The house masterfully adapts to the topography of the site, drawing geometric shapes that define the escarpment. At the same time, it scrupulously respects trees, punctuate the environment through the presence of lush Mediterranean vegetation. The spaces are open and well-lit, thanks to the light that enters from all sides and the white color of the whole building. The intelligent arrangement of the holes from the central area glorify the horizon line of the sea.
