Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

We want you to feel confident when placing your order — here's what to know about changing or canceling an order, and our return policy:

Order Changes

• You can request changes to your order within 10 days of purchase at no cost.

• After 10 days, a $65 change fee will apply.

• No changes can be made within 7 days of shipping.

• For Leisurecraft Canadian Timber Collection saunas, orders can only be changed within 24 hours, after which changes are not possible.

Order Cancellations

• Cancel anytime within 10 days of placing your order — no penalty.

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours ;$65 cancellation fee applies.

• Orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of shipping.
  

Returns

Due to the nature of these large, made-to-order products, returns are not accepted.

In rare cases where a return is approved:

• A 20% restocking fee applies

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Items must be returned in original packaging and condition

• The product will be inspected before any refund is issued

Warranty Information

All Dundalk LeisureCraft products are backed by a 5-Year Limited Residential Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date the product is received.

What’s Covered:

• Structural components of Dundalk-manufactured products

• Select heaters and chillers (see chart below for specifics)

• Replacement parts only for valid warranty claims

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation or use

• Insufficient or improper maintenance

• Weather-related damage

• Any service, labor, or installation costs — these are expressly excluded from coverage

• Modifications or unauthorized repairs

• Electrical work not done by a licensed electrician (this will void the warranty)

Important:

This warranty is limited to parts replacement only. It does not cover any costs related to service, labor, installation, or troubleshooting. The original warranty period is not extended when replacement parts are provided.
