We are now offering our beef by the pound at $10.00 per pound! Simply place your $600 deposit today, and one week before pickup we will send you an invoice for the final amount due. This will ensure you pay the lowest amount. Cost is based on hang weight. 

Deposits cover butcher fees and are not applied towards the $10/lb.

Whole Beef Hang weight : 600 Lbs.

1/2 Beef Hang Weight: 300 Lbs.

Due before pickup: $3,000
