The SoBe Tan Soiree is an exclusive spray tanning event for current SoBe Tan users and sunless tanning enthusiasts alike. This special gathering will take place on November 16th and 17th at our SoBe Tan headquarters in Miami Beach. Experience expert demonstrations, hands-on activities, and unique networking opportunities. Attendees will enjoy refreshments, brunch, and a SoBe Tan tote filled with goodies, all while gaining valuable insights from industry expert Fabiola Trujillo.

• Saturday, November 16th
  6 PM - SoBe Tan Headquarters: Join us for cocktails and light bites until 9 PM. For those interested, we’ll head to Avanti, a nearby Italian restaurant, for dinner. Additional $50 fee for this option.

  Sunday, November 17th
  10 AM - Start the day with a Latino-inspired brunch (non-alcoholic beverages only).
  11 AM - Begin the main activities, including hands-on learning and play, leading up to a sunset gathering around 5:30 PM.

• Attendance is limited to current SoBe Tan users who have purchased our professional spray tan products within the past year and those interested in learning more about our brand.

SPEAKERS

• Fabiola Trujillo will be our keynote speaker, presenting a live demo on spray techniques with a clear solution and introducing our new Body Makeup line. A Q&A with Fabiola will follow the demo.
• Jenn Dieas will share an inspiring talk on a topic close to our hearts—trust us, you don’t want to miss it!

PLAYTIME

This will be an active workshop, featuring three spray rooms where attendees can practice and assist one another with different techniques learning from each other. The Versa Spa room will be open for anyone interested in experiencing the booth firsthand, showcasing how a setup like this can enhance your own business using SoBe Tan Solutions. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded industry professionals.

SCHEDULE

Saturday, November 16th

• 6 PM: Reception with Prosecco and charcuterie boards (cheese, fruit, and cold cuts). Feel free to bring your preferred drink if Prosecco isn’t your style.
• 9 PM: Dinner at Avanti, an Italian restaurant a block away. Fixed price of $50 per person, including an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine.

Sunday, November 17th

• • 10 AM: Latino-inspired brunch. Coffee, tea, non-alcoholic sangria, and juices will be served throughout the day.
  • 11 AM: Fabiola kicks off the day with a welcome message, followed by a live demo on spray techniques with a clear solution, including do’s and don’ts. The session also introduces our new Body Makeup line.
  • Q&A with Fabiola: Bring your questions, and let’s brainstorm about all things sunless!
  • Talk by Jenn Dieas: Get inspired by her motivational session.
  • Playtime: Practice spray techniques with each other, share tips, and discuss methods. Bring your favorite gadgets; solutions will be provided. Wear comfortable or spray-tan-friendly clothing if you’d like to be sprayed.
  • Sunset Walk: Around 5:30 PM, join us for a sunset stroll to the beach, six blocks away (Uber available if needed).
