• Send us a serial number plate of your excavator so we know which program to install. There are 3-4 programs.
• We have Volvo systems, we know what program to install for your excavator
• If you cannot use this ECU, that means the program is wrong
• Our program is free and included in the purchase. If you get the wrong program, you need to go to VOLVO service center and have them help you
• To reinstall the correct program, it costs 300-500 USD in the states, we highly recommend you to send us your serial plate and have us install for you
