With the SureCall Yagi Outdoor Antenna (SC-530W) wideband, directional antenna you can expect gains up to 9 dBi for all frequencies including voice, 3G, 4G/LTE, and even 5G. 

Since this antenna is directional, it performs best when aimed directly at the closest cell tower.

Keep in mind that directional antennas are best for weak signal areas - think suburban and rural areas.
