200W reinforced semi-flexible solar panel with a durable ETFE coating. This solar panel is highly durable and reinforced with anodized aluminum and a strong ETFE surface. It is made from monocrystalline solar cells. The high-efficiency 200W solar panel is perfect for permanent outdoor use, providing free electricity for charging 12V batteries to power various applications such as motorhomes, caravans, campers, boats, solar lighting systems, off-grid, and back up solar power systems. The panel can also be used to provide a direct power supply for applications not sensitive to changes in input voltage/current (e.g. electric motors or pumps) and for various grid-tie applications. 

The panel has aluminum reinforcement and a strong ETFE coating. It has a unique 7-layer construction with an embedded sheet of anodized aluminum fully encapsulated within the solar panel, offering greater strength and resilience. The surface is made of strong ETFE material, which has a longer service life compared to standard semi-flexible solar panels. As a result, these particular semi-flexible solar panels are extremely hard-wearing and less prone to cracking, delamination, and corrosion. The lightly textured coating of this panel creates an anti-reflective surface, allowing the panel to absorb a greater amount of light, thereby increasing efficiency. ETFE material has long been used in applications where durability and high-temperature resistance is required, such as in the Eden Project, Cornwall. 

This panel also features innovative 5-busbar solar cells, which are more efficient than 2, 3, or 4-busbar solar cells used in most other solar panels, and are able to extract more power from the same surface area.

Its semi-flexible design is ideal for slightly curved roofs and surfaces and allows for easy bonding. Additionally, the panel can be fixed using bolts or screws. At only 5.75kg, it is lightweight and suitable for various vehicles. The panel is highly resistant to salt water environments and can even withstand being walked on, making it perfect for boats and yachts. This product is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty provided by Photonic Universe. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The solar cells are guaranteed to produce at least 90% of nominal power in 10 years after purchase and at least 80% of nominal power in 25 years after purchase.

This solar panel does not include a user manual, as it needs to be connected to additional devices such as a solar charge controller or inverter, which are supplied with their own manuals. For charging a 12V battery, a solar charge controller/regulator is required, as the panel cannot be connected directly to the battery.
