Lifts and Larger Products
Your Lift ships on a Flatbed Freight Truck. It is taken to your location on a 48-foot semi-truck. Please note the following before making your purchase:
- You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver will not unload it for you.
- Lift Gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts.
- You cannot unload a lift by hand; you must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of your auto lift, such as a forklift.
- If you cannot unload from the truck, we can ship to the nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
- You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.
When your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping can take 12-21 days depending on your location, so please be patient.
Smaller Products/Accessories
Smaller products and accessories will typically be shipped using standard shipping methods. However, larger items or specific products may require freight shipping. After your purchase, we will inform you of the shipping method for your order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Returns
