The Body-Solid GS348BP4 Series 7 Smith Gym is a complete gym system that allows users to perform a wide range of exercises without needing a spotter.

This complete, total-body gym includes a Smith Machine (GS348B), a high-and-low pulley with a 210 lb. stack (GLA348BS), a pec station (GPA3B), and an adjustable bench with attachments (GFID71B with leg developer GLDA3 and preacher curl station GPCA1).

The gym features the precise 7-degree angle GS348B Smith Machine, allowing for natural upper and lower body exercise movements. The linear ball-bearing Smith system offers 20 cross-member lock-out points for safety, and a large diameter, user-friendly 25 lb. Smith Bar with a 600 lb. weight capacity.

The GS348B also features a free-weight gunrack system (making it a “best of both worlds” free-weight power station) with 14 lift-off and racking positions, 17” safety spotter arms, and a robust 1000 lb. capacity.

The GS348B includes a bar holder for your free-weight barbell and six weight horns for plate storage, keeping workout areas clean and organized.

The GLA348BS lat attachment provides a no-cable change high and low pulley with a 210 lb. weight stack. The lat attachment also has a top plate with weight horns allowing users to add more weight or smaller increments using free weights. The GLA348BS includes a lat bar, low row bar, and adjustable foot brace.
