The most aromatic and very flavorful White Truffles have arrived from the north of Italy. They are also popularly known as the 'White Alba Truffles'. 

How to preserve: Truffles are at their best in the first 2 to 3 days of receiving them. They can be preserved for up to 1 Week in a refrigerator (35F to 41F) in a plastic / glass container wrapped in a dry tissue paper (to be changed every day). Alternatively, you can even put them in a jar of rice or with fresh eggs to add truffle flavor to rice & eggs naturally. 

How to use: Shave it / Grate It / Slice it on your creations to add the heavenly earthy, nutty aroma & flavor.
