The 2 N 1 has a simple concept, run two slammed volume boost pedals in series and see what happens! While the concept is simple, the results can be unique, you can achieve anything from slightly boosted clean tones to raunchy overloaded fuzz. To help tame some of the wild, a master volume is added to give you full control of the overall output volume. This circuit does have some oddities due to the sheer overloading, the boost pots might crackle or momentarily cut out as you sweep but rest assured, it’s all a part of the 2 N 1’s quirky design.
