Functions

Potent pan-specific inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases ( MMP3 Ki=0.013 µM). Inhibits MMP-1, -2, -7-10, -12-14 and MMP-20. Attenuates inflammation-induced thermal hyperalgesia. Cell Permeable.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 8 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
