Attractive standard leverset with commercial esthetics, 2-3/4" backset. Non-electrified. Storeroom function is the ideal function when using with electric strikes.  Leverset is BHMA Certified.  Grade 2.  Conforms with ANSI A 156.2 Series 4000, Heavy Duty, Barrier Free. UL listed 3-hour rating, conforms to standards UL10C and UBC7-2-1997. Hurricane Approved Hardware. Florida Building Code FL13922. Includes solid brass 6 pin “C” keyway cylinder.  Optional clutch system allows a free turning handle for high traffic or harsh applications.  Clutch prevents the handle from pressuring the mechanism when locked. Individual spring on each side to prevent lever sag, maintain reliability and reduce maintenance and wear.  Carefully select finish and function when ordering.

Functions:

Storeroom - Lock cylinder on front, no button on back.  Cylinder can momentarily unlock the set.

Classroom - Lock cylinder on front, no button on back.  Cylinder can put the set into either always locked or passage mode (always unlocked).

Entry - Lock cylinder on front, button on back.  Button controls passage mode of set.

Privacy - No lock cylinder on front but a hole to unlock the unit with a paperclip. Inside has a button to lock the set.

The backset dimension is the distance from the center of the hole in the door to the edge of the door.  This model comes with 2-3/4" latch.
