Our Heart Tunic in a perfect Pen Pal print over a splash of aqua is here for back to school fun! This tunic features cute drawings of off white pencils scattered across the skirt and flutter sleeves. It has a solid aqua bodice, is finished with ties in a light chambray blue in the back and each tunic comes with matching printed blooms with light chambray blue trim.

*Fabrics are printed in house with intentional distressing using eco-friendly, child safe inks and may fade to a softer color upon washing.

Material + Care

90% viscose and 10% elastane. Cold wash only. Do not bleach. Gently remove from wash while damp and lay flat to dry for best results.

Viscose blend // viscose is famous for its softness and drape. When blended, it has a bouncy stretch and incomparable feel. This fabric tends to be finer/more lightweight and flexible than cotton blends. It is available in many weights suitable for the entire year. Pros include its amazing look, feel, washability, and flexibility. Our particular high quality variety washes beautifully for years. Dresses made in this fabric tend to be “stretchier” and their own weight can cause them hang longer than their cotton counterpart. Cons, from a construction standpoint, are the fabric’s temperamental nature during the cut and sew process (due to stretch & bounce) which can lead to a wider variation in acceptable measurement tolerance. The more fine the fabric, the more tender care it requires.

While we do our best to represent color accurately, computer monitors and various lighting conditions can make colors appear slightly different. Color names on hang tags may not match the color descriptors on our listings. This is due to the fact that we often use pantone or actual color names with our production teams during the design process, and something more descriptive on our item listings.

Sizing

Most Omi Jo styles are running true to size on our girls (please check lengths on size charts). Blooms tend to run true to size to slightly small as they were designed to be a bit more form fitting. Heart styles tend to have a little more flexibility in fit & can size up or down depending on length desired.

Our girls wear their normal sizes in this style. However a size smaller is fine for shorter length.
