Born in our company model S508 phono amplifier development, it is a phono input dedicated cable used in the work bench. When using separate cables on the left and right, the area of the ground-loop is always formed in the ground part, which causes picked up noise induced from high frequencies and power lines due to it. There is almost no noise when stranding of the left and right cables together. Then we thought that it would be better to further shield it with a single cable. Unfortunately, such phono dedicated cables were not on the market.
Hot and cold of the signal line are mutually stranded (twisted pair) for the left and right channel, furthermore, the left and right bundle are mutually stranded of, and the outer conductor (shield) is overlaid on it to form the frame ground. Because of such a double structure, the signal does not pass through the mesh wire that deteriorates the sound quality, and it also serves as a ground wire connecting the phono stage amplifier (ground terminal of the chassis) and the analog player (tone arm metal part). As a result, due to the induction noise decrease and record disc playback is truly quiet, delicate musical expression stands out.

  As for the length (measured from the center of the plug at both ends)，you can request and it is manufactured in the range of 0.5 m - 2.0 m. You need only one cable for stereo, and it is affordable because it has a ground wire.
