Note: building only, does not include white interior rooms. Room furniture is sold separately. Architectural design is French Empire Victorian 5 in wide x 4.5in deep x 5in. high. Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses.

Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. House has hole beneath for maximum customization. Open floor allows for LED lighting to be wired into the house. Can make your favorite scene in the windows to display on your train layout! Made of 3D printed plastic and can be easily painted with acrylic paint.
