Miniature Black N Scale Addams Family House Victorian Mansion for Train Model Built Assembled. Condition is New and does not include miniature figures, house only. Also looks like the Nevermore, Wednesday Addams’ institution.

Introducing a beautiful paintable Addams Family House Victorian Mansion from Gold Rush Bay. The Mansion is modeled after French Second Empire Victorian Mansions. A generous mansard roof surrounds the top of the house dotted with open dormer windows. There are minute details such as a Corinthian columns flanking each window and porch, fishscale tiles on the roof and a semicircular conservatory on the right side. The exterior is Black color for easy painting with most acrylics or modeling paints. The entire structure measures 5 inches wide 4 inches deep and 6 inches high. Figures not included, house only.
