Honduras V. tahitensis vanilla beans are rare and unique! We have had the privilege of handling many vanilla beans, and even many V. tahitensis vanilla beans, but these stand out on the tropical fruit end of the flavor spectrum. They are intensely sweet and bright, with powerful notes of pineapple, sun ripened peach, lychee, and anise.
